Frequently Asked Questions

How do I scan a business card?

  1. Tap the Add Card button.
  2. Take a photo of the card or select one from your photo library (you can add both front and back).
  3. Tap Start AI Analysis. The first time, the app will ask for your consent to send the card image to the AI service (Google Gemini) for recognition.
  4. Review and edit the recognized fields, then save.

What data is sent to the AI service?

Only the business card image(s) you choose to scan and any optional notes you enter. The data is sent to Google Gemini solely to extract contact information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I use the app without AI recognition?

Yes. If you decline AI consent, you can enter business card information manually. Your card images stay on your device and in your own cloud storage.

How do I edit or delete a saved card?

Open the card from your card list. Use the edit button to modify fields, or the delete option to remove the card permanently.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Send an email to inklogic.jc@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete My Account”. We will delete your account and all associated data, and confirm by reply.

Why did AI recognition fail?

Recognition may fail if the photo is blurry, poorly lit, or the network is unavailable. Try retaking the photo with the card flat and well lit. You can always fall back to manual input.

Does the app work offline?

You can browse saved cards offline. AI recognition and cloud sync require an internet connection.

請使用您帳號綁定的電子郵件,寄信至 inklogic.jc@gmail.com,主旨註明「刪除帳號」。我們將刪除您的帳號及所有相關資料,並回信確認。

AI 辨識失敗怎麼辦?

照片模糊、光線不足或網路不穩都可能導致失敗。請在光線充足處將名片放平重拍,或改用手動輸入。
